Next Thursday is our Humanitarian Service activity. It will benefit the children of Payson's Mountain View Hospital. We have several sisters who've been making small drawstring bags. The plan is to fill those bags with things that children of various ages will enjoy. Coloring books, crayons, stickers, toy cars, Hannah Montana paraphanelia, etc. Anything that you think a boy or girl ages 2-12 would enjoy. It's perfectly fine to purchase gender- and age-specific toys -- in fact, we'd prefer it. We'll let the hospital staff figure out which bags to give to the patients.
If you would like to make some of the bags but haven't signed up, just let us know you're interested. If you have some extra material that you'd like to donate, let us know.
